She manages international hiring across multiple jurisdictions, US and UK payroll and compliance, benefits administration, and performance cycles, and has driven a number of initiatives to build scalable, high-impact HR infrastructure. She has a background in Philosophy focused on Global Priorities Research, with prior experience in operations roles and as an Executive Assistant within the non-profit sector.
