Brian Tse is the Founder and CEO of Concordia AI, an AI safety and governance social enterprise with offices in Beijing and Singapore. He serves as an AI Governance Advisor to the World AI Conference, an Expert Member of China's AI Industry Alliance safety committee, and an AI Expert for the National Think Tank of the China Association for Science and Technology. Brian sits on the International Scientific Exchange on AI Safety (ISE) Steering Committee and is a GovAI Policy Affiliate. Previously, he served on the UN High-Level AI Advisory Body's consultative network and as a Senior Advisor to the Partnership on AI. His work features in Nature, Time, WIRED, and People's Daily.
