Brian Tse is the Founder and CEO at Concordia Consulting. He wrote the Chinese version of the OpenAI Charter, presented his research on international cooperation at DeepMind and is advising several AI authors on publishing in China. He has studied at Harvard University, Tsinghua University, and the University of Hong Kong.
