Charlie focuses on helping our team communicate their work effectively to key audiences. Before joining GovAI, he led communications at Our World in Data, an educational nonprofit focused on large global problems. Charlie was previously a GovAI seasonal fellow in Spring 2020. He completed his Ph.D. in cognitive neuroscience at Duke University.
