Di Cooke is a Visiting Fellow in the International Security Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. She holds a Master’s degree in Intelligence and International Security from King’s College London. Her research focuses are on the intersection between AI, intelligence, and international security, as well as on the international control of powerful dual-use technologies.
