Hiski Haukkala is Secretary General and Chief of Cabinet at the Office of the President of the Republic of Finland. He is the author of numerous books and articles on EU foreign policy, Russia and International Relations. His recent books are The European Union and Russia (2016) and Trust in International Relations. Rationalist, Constructivist and Psychological Approaches (2017).
