Hiski Haukkala is Director of the Finnish Institute of International Affairs. He is the author of numerous books and articles on EU foreign policy, Russia and International Relations. His recent books are The European Union and Russia (2016) and Trust in International Relations. Rationalist, Constructivist and Psychological Approaches (2017).
