Joelle supports the People Operations function at GovAI. She joins the team from Hoxton Farms, where she worked across operations for a 50-person team covering the employee lifecycle, office management, and all company-wide events. She spent her early career based in Los Angeles working in operations and creative development across several unscripted TV productions, with credits spanning NBC, ABC, and Paramount+. Joelle holds a BA in Media Arts Production from Emerson College.
