Katherine is Head of Operations at GovAI. Her portfolio covers people operations, hiring, financial management, and organizational infrastructure. She leads the operations team in building the foundations that enable GovAI to deliver on its mission.
Prior to joining GovAI, Katherine served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Marsh UK. She has more than a decade of combined experience in strategy and government consulting, most recently in the UK at Oliver Wyman and previously in the US at Booz Allen Hamilton, working on topics including organizational performance, national security strategy, and health policy. She holds an MSc in Global Politics from LSE and a BA in Political Science and Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
