Matthew works on threat modeling, with a particular focus on CBRN and cyber misuse risk. Before joining GovAI he worked at the University of Oxford’s Future of Humanity Institute. Previously, he worked as an equities analyst, researching cement companies. He holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge.
