Previously, she guided innovation strategy at an industrial R&D lab, founded an AI startup, and worked across healthcare, automotive, and aerospace sectors. She holds an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs, M.Sc. in Computer Science from KIT (master's thesis at ETH Zurich), and B.Sc. in Cognitive Science from University of Tübingen.
