Sophie's research is focussed on AI policy and regulation. Before joining GovAI, she advised government ministers at the UK Home Office and Department for Science, Innovation & Technology. She also worked for the Financial Conduct Authority and Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum. Sophie holds a BA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford.
